By booking or conducting business with PES Platinum Elite Stays (“Platinum Stays”), you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These Terms & Conditions govern all promotional vacation packages, accommodations, eligibility requirements, fees, and reservation policies offered or administered by Platinum Stays.
This offer is used for the purpose of soliciting the sale of vacation ownership, travel club memberships, or related products.
This advertising material is for the purpose of obtaining timeshare or travel club sales.

Platinum Stays coordinates accommodations with participating resort sponsors, which may include but are not limited to:
ResortStay Intl, Starpoint Resort Group, Westgate Resorts, Exploria Resorts, Hilton Head Guest Services, RiverPointe Napa Resort, Breezes Private Residence Club at Pacifico, and similar resort partners.
2. Accommodations & What to Expect
Your promotional vacation package includes resort or hotel accommodations for up to four (4) guests sharing the same room. Participating partner properties may include:

The specific destination and property will be assigned at the time your reservation is confirmed and is subject to availability.
Guest Fees (Not Included in Promotional Price)
You are responsible for the following:

Other Conditions

There are no blackout dates, but reservations are processed first-come, first-served.

Peak travel dates (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, Formula 1, Daytona 500, etc.) may require a surcharge.

Date requests must be submitted 60–180 days prior to travel.

Booking 90+ days in advance is recommended.

Pets are not permitted.

Room upgrades or extra nights may be purchased at booking.
3. Eligibility Requirements
This promotional offer is intended for married couples, cohabitating couples, and families traveling together for leisure travel.
To qualify for the promotional rate:

Guest must be at least 25 years old.
-
Guest must present a major credit card at check-in.
-
Guest must be gainfully employed, earning at least $50,000 per year.

Guests must not have attended any promotional resort presentation within the past 6 months.

Married guests and all adult traveling companions must speak English or Spanish and attend the sales presentation together.

A valid U.S. government-issued ID and matching credit card are required at check-in.
Non-Qualified Travelers
Single males, multiple families traveling under the same package, and groups that do not meet the above qualifications may still travel under an alternative rate or program, subject to additional fees.
4. Mandatory Sales Presentation
Your promotional package is contingent upon completing a 90–120 minute VIP resort sales presentation during your stay.

Presentation date and time are assigned by the resort.

All qualifying travelers listed on the confirmation must attend together.
Failure to Attend the Presentation
If you fail to attend or complete the required presentation:

The promotional discount becomes void, and
-
The credit card on file will be charged the prevailing nightly retail rate, beginning at $75 per night, for all nights of the stay.
5. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
Travel Date Requests

For your first promotional stay, date requests may be submitted within 24 hours of initial purchase.

Travel dates may be rescheduled or confirmed within 18 months of purchase.

Additional promotional stays may be requested no sooner than 90 days after completing your first stay.

A maximum of five (5) promotional stays may be redeemed within any five-year period.

Transferability

Promotional packages become non-refundable 30 days after purchase.
6. Seller of Travel & Legal Disclosures
PES Platinum Elite Stays conducts business legally as:
Platinum Stays – Seller of Travel Registration No. ST42405
Registered in the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel.
Florida law requires the following disclosure:
“This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership plans or travel club memberships.”
No purchase or tour may exceed legal limitations established by applicable state or federal statutes governing promotional travel and timeshare presentations.
7. General Provisions

All offers are void where prohibited by law.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice where permitted by law.

Only one promotional package may be used per household at a time unless otherwise approved.

Platinum Stays is not responsible for acts of nature, travel interruptions, transportation delays, or partner property operational decisions.
